Simple! All you’ll need to do is share your unique event link.
Using this link, friends and family will record their own messages, well wishes and congratulations via their smartphones, tablets and PCs, from anywhere in the world. No downloads or apps – super-simple process!
Family and friends have up to 3 minutes to record their message and they can record as many as they like.
The messages are kept online for 12 months as standard. If you’d like to extend the hosting of your guestbook for additional years there is a small additional charge.
You can download your messages at anytime and keep them forever.
When you create your new guestbook, simply tick the “Email notifications” option and we’ll let you know every time a new video arrives.
Absolutely! All your video messages are held in your private account. You can give other family members access to this if you wish (for example the bride and the groom can co-host a guestbook).

Upgrading your Video Guestbook is a one-time fee of $29 USD / £23 GBP / 27 EUR per guestbook. This is not a subscription service – you will only be charged once and get to enjoy your guestbook for 12 months..

Your trial guestbook enables 10 videos to be uploaded and these will be watermarked. The free trial is to allow you to see how easy it is to set up a guestbook and make sure that it’s right for you.
If you decide it’s for you (yay!), simply hit the ‘upgrade’ button and you’ll be taken to the checkout page. Once payment is complete, any videos already in your guestbook will have their watermarks removed, and you’re ready to go.
Any videos in your trial guestbook will still be there. Once you pay for the service, the watermark will be removed and you’re ready to go.
All of your uploaded videos will be converted and saved as 1920 x 1080 MP4 files.
The quality of the videos will depend on the device used to record and upload them.

Yes! The easiest way of adding a video to your guestbook that someone has sent you outside of the system is to open your guestbook in your web browser (via the link you shared with people) and then go step by step through the process yourself.
You can add the name of the person who sent you the video, and then when you reach the recording screen, select the option to upload the video. The video will then be added to your guestbook.
